Overdose : מינון יתר
4.9 Overdose The main toxic effect due to an overdose with vinflunine is bone marrow suppression with a risk of severe infection. There is no known antidote for vinflunine overdose. In case of overdose, the patient should be kept in a specialised unit and vital functions should be closely monitored. Other appropriate measures should be taken, such as blood transfusions, administration of antibiotics and growth factors.
