Contraindications : התוויות נגד
4.3 Contraindications Hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the excipients listed in section 6.1. Patients who have previously shown hypersensitivity reactions (e.g. asthma, bronchospasm, rhinitis, angioedema, urticaria), in response to ibuprofen, acetylsalicylic acid or other non- steroidal anti- inflammatory drugs. Active or history of recurrent peptic ulcer/haemorrhage (two or more distinct episodes of proven ulceration or bleeding). History of gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation, related to previous NSAID therapy. Patients with severe heart failure (NYHA Class IV), renal failure or hepatic failure (See section 4.4). During pregnancy and breast-feeding (See section 4.6). Use in children under 12 years of age. Patients with serious cardiovascular disease, tachycardia, hypertension, severe renal impairment, angina pectoris, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, phaeochromocytoma, closed angle glaucoma, prostatic enlargement. Patients taking other NSAIDs including cyclooxygenase-2 selective inhibitors, pain relievers or decongestants. Patients receiving tricyclic antidepressants. Patients currently receiving, or who have within the last two weeks received, monoamine oxidase inhibitors. Severe acute or chronic kidney disease/renal failure. Severe hypertension or uncontrolled hypertension.
