PHARMACEUTICAL PARTICULARS 6.1 List of excipients Tablet core Microcrystalline cellulose Hypromellose Croscarmellose sodium Magnesium stearate Colloidal silicon dioxide Tablet coating Polyvinyl alcohol Titanium dioxide Polyethylene glycol Talc Yellow iron oxide 6.2 Incompatibilities Not applicable. 6.3 Shelf life The expiry date of the product is indicated on the packaging materials. 6.4 Special precautions for storage Do not store above 25°C. Dispense to patient in original packaging only. Store in the original package in order to protect from moisture. Replace cap securely each time after opening. Do not discard desiccant. 6.5 Nature and contents of container High-density polyethylene bottle with a child-resistant closure and a silica gel desiccant in a pack size of 30 film-coated tablets. 6.6 Special precautions for disposal Any unused medicinal product or waste material should be disposed of in accordance with local requirements. 7. הוראות לשימוש בתרופה BELUMOSUDIL (Rezurock)א. התרופה תינתן לטיפול בחולים בני 12 שנים ומעלה עם מחלת שתל נגד מאחסן כרונית (cGVHD) לאחר כישלון של שני קווי טיפול סיסטמיים והלאה, לרבות מיצוי טיפול ב-Ruxolitinib.ב. התרופה לא תינתן בשילוב עם תרופות ממשפחת PPI. ג. התחלת הטיפול תיעשה לפי מרשם של רופא מומחה בהמטולוגיה או רופא מומחה העובד ביחידת השתלות.
