Contraindications : התוויות נגד
4.3 Contraindications • Known hypersensitivity to the active substance, ibuprofen, or to any of the constituents listed in section 6.1, acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin) or other NSAIDs. • History of gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation related to previous NSAIDs therapy. • Active or history of recurrent peptic ulcer/haemorrhage (two or more distinct episodes of proven ulceration or bleeding or other gastrointestinal disorders). • Patients who have previously shown hypersensitivity reactions (e.g. bronchospasm, asthma, rhinitis, angioedema or urticaria) in response to ibuprofen, acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin) or other anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). • Use in children under 12 years of age. • Patients with severe hepatic failure, severe renal failure (see section 4.4). • Severe heart failure (NYHA Class IV). • During the third trimester of pregnancy (see section 4.6).
