4.3 Contraindications • Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients listed in section 6.1. • Severe organic heart disease (e.g. bradycardia, heart attack, congestive heart failure, cardiac conduction disturbances or aortic aneurysm). • Hypertension. • Serious obliterative blood vessel disease, cerebrovascular occlusions and vessel spasms. • Acute kidney disease. • Severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance of less than 30 ml/min). • Serious prostate disorder. • Urinary retention. • Proliferative diabetic retinopathy. • Pheochromocytoma. • Hyperthyroidism. • Narrow angle glaucoma
