4.8 Undesirable effects Abnormal liver function tests have been reported in patients treated with Agisten Lozenges; elevated SGOT levels were reported in about 15% of patients in the clinical trials (See PRECAUTIONS section). Nausea, vomiting, unpleasant mouth sensations and pruritus have also been reported with the use of the lozenge. Reporting of suspected adverse reactions Reporting suspected adverse reactions after authorisation of the medicinal product is important. It allows continued monitoring of the benefit/risk balance of the medicinal product.
